We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days — items we have in stock will generally leave the same day. If you order a non-stock item, we will advise you of an approximate timescale at the time of order.
Smaller Items
Sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery, depending on the value of your order.
Bikes & Larger Items
Sent by TNT for next working day delivery (excluding Saturdays).
Bikes are all checked and set up before leaving, but will require some assembly — fitting of pedals, front wheel, handlebars etc.
Certain areas of the U.K. do incur a surcharge, e.g. Scottish Highlands — if you are unsure, please call or email for a quote.
If a delivery is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, there may be a charge for redelivery.
